* Long overdued Bangkok trip! *

There we were!
Early in the morning, at 630am - Budget Terminal.























Skipping the airport scene, welcoming us was exceptional hospitality at Eastin Hotel & Spa.



















Cam-whoring while waiting for check-ins =)

























Very soon, with no time loss, we hit the road!






















And there we were, returning while lugging extremely much purchases!



















To the extent, a pair of hands is no longer enough!





















But what we have are Happy Girls!

I am so apologetic bout not blogging for SO BLOODY long.
Nothin much to blog about although some of you must be thinking :
" What about Bangkok trip?"
" what about Christmas dinners "
" what about New year?"
" what about obar"

i know it sounds super boring once "life" comes into the topic of blogging.
M.U.N.D.A.N.E you say it..
i agree.. but what else?

probably let me share with u a story..


On the eve of New Year, a boy, Shunn, texted a girl, Ruii, bout meeting up for a catch up after 2 long years since the last time they met-up.
Although Ruii couldnt recall how did they met for the very first time, but apparently, in this setting, Shunn remembers.

On the net.

On Ruii's 21st bday, Shunn turned up not knowing anyone from the entire room and was alone most of the time while Ruii was busy flying across the room entertaining the guests.
That didnt made Shunn left for the night and instead, he stayed the longest till the next day morning and helped clearing up.

Ruii was touched, tremendously.

They remained in contact closely, but mutually as friends.

Shunned has a girlfriend from JC whom they have dated for quite a while.
Upon knowing Ruii's existence, Shunn's GF, whom we shall call her W became paranoid.

They broke up for awhile and after many compromises and promises from Shunn, W agreed to carry on the relationship.
However, from then on, Shunn's not allowed to call nor text Ruii, let alone catching up and meeting for dinners.
He also had to delete Ruii's contact from his phonebk.

Ruii found it hard to accept at first.
Afterall, they were such close friends.
And shunn was one of Ruii's few soulmate.

Then one day, Ruii received an sms from Shunn.
She was overjoyed!
Although it was as simple as, " i will still text u, jus that W must never see this."

It was going on fine, until one day Shunn forgotten to clear up his inbox and W found out.

But Shunn did not gave up, having managed to console W, they were back together again.

However this also lead to minimum interactions between Shunn and Ruii until finally, they both went silent.

2 years down, Shunn asked Ruii for a meetup.
Ruii was surprised.
Her no. didn't change, but Shunn's did.
Shunn simply remembered hers.

However this meetup was never easy.

It must only be possible when W's is out with her own friends or away.

The chance came on New Year eve when W was out with friends after celebrating with Shunn.
Shunn called Ruii at 1am, she was outside, also celebrating with her friends in the west.
Shunn was in the East.
At 2a.m, Ruii couldnt travel over, neither could Shunn, she was in huge dillemma.

They missed the chance.


2days later, Shunn texted again.
Arranging to meet up again that night.

It was pre-planned, and they met.


They sat under the stars and discussed about Chemistry, biology, flowers, ships, planes and the speed of light.
It was surprising for Ruii that these topics can actually be interesting!

She learnt aplenty that night.
Things that her teacher had never taught her.
(The scientific name of a Fruitfly is Drosophilus Melano Gaster)

The night was full of excitement.




I know how abruptly the story ended.
As abrupt as the truth.
